This Privacy Policy explains how Freedom Co ("we", "us", "our") collects and uses personal information when you visit youphoria.world, buy a ticket to a YOUPHORIA event, or contact us. This page is maintained by Freedom Co and is intended to answer common questions about how we handle your data. It is not a legal certification.

Who we are

Freedom Co is the organiser of YOUPHORIA events. You can reach us at tom@freedom.co. For the purposes of UK GDPR, Freedom Co is the data controller for personal information collected via this website.

What we collect

• Ticket purchases: name and email, processed by our payment provider Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
• Messages you send us: the contents of any email you send to us.
• Site analytics: if you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). IP addresses are anonymised.
• Advertising: if you accept cookies, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel records that you visited the site and which key actions you took, so we can measure ad performance and build similar audiences.

How we use it

• To fulfil your ticket order and send event information (legal basis: contract).
• To respond to questions you send us (legal basis: legitimate interest).
• To measure and improve our marketing and the website (legal basis: consent, via the cookie banner).

Who we share it with

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Meta Platforms, Inc. — Meta Pixel (advertising measurement), only if you accept marketing cookies.
• Google LLC — Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
• Our hosting and email providers — to keep the site online and deliver event emails.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep ticket and contact records for as long as needed for the event and for any tax or accounting obligations afterwards (typically 6 years in the UK). Analytics data is retained according to the provider's default settings.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email tom@freedom.co. You can also withdraw cookie consent by clearing your browser storage and revisiting the site.
