Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you buy a ticket to a YOUPHORIA event from Freedom Co ("we", "us"), or when you attend one of our events. By purchasing a ticket you agree to these terms.

The event

YOUPHORIA is a live music event organised by Freedom Co. Line-up, timings, and supporting acts may change without notice. We will use reasonable efforts to let ticket holders know about any material changes.

Tickets, refunds and transfers

• All tickets are non-refundable.
• Tickets are transferable — if you can no longer attend, you can pass your ticket to someone else. Please email tom@freedom.co with the new attendee's name so we can update the door list.
• If we cancel an event, you'll be offered a full refund of the ticket price (booking fees charged by payment providers may not be refundable).
• If we have to postpone or reschedule, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you can't attend the new date, contact us about a refund or transfer.

Entry & behaviour

• Entry is on the door list — your name will be checked against the list, you don't need to bring a printed ticket.
• Children under 12 attend free but must wear suitable ear defenders at all times.
• We operate a strict no phones on the dancefloor policy.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone whose behaviour is unsafe, abusive, or otherwise affects the enjoyment of others. No refund will be given in those cases.
• Anyone visibly intoxicated on arrival, or under the influence of illegal substances, may be refused entry.

Photography & filming

Photography and filming may take place at the event for promotional use. If you'd prefer not to appear in any footage, please let a member of the team know on arrival.

Liability

You attend the event at your own risk. We accept no liability for loss, damage or injury except where caused by our negligence or where liability cannot be limited under UK law. Music will be loud — bring appropriate ear protection if you need it.
